Senator Halford, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
Finance Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL                      
NO. 140(FSH) "An Act relating to surety bonds required of certain              
fish processors."  Without objection, CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                    
140(FSH) was referred to the Rules Committee.
